GonzoI had a leather armchair with a broken spring which had fallen through underneath the chair. Jacob offered to come and look. He took the chair and cushion away at 12.30 and returned it completely re-upholstered at 5:30. It was a new chair. He then took an old office leather arm chair and has just returned it looking like new. Their prices are reasonable and the service is the most professional and friendly.
